Exchanges / Store Credits
At Leuie, Creative Living it is important to us that you are happy with your order and your shopping experience with us. We make every effort to select and sell products constructed of the highest-grade materials, manufactured by highly skilled people to exacting standards. We also keep up-to-date information on all our products so that you may make informed purchases.
Many of the products we select for Leuie, Creative Living are individually hand crafted by artisans in Europe. Product variation and imperfections are part of the charm and uniqueness of these items. We inspect each and every item at our studio prior to it being shipped. We carefully package your item to ensure it safe arrival to your doorstep. We can not however, guarantee how the package is handled once it leaves our studio. In the unfortunate case your package arrives damaged, please note that on the signature slip and notify Leuie, Creative Living within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We will then instruct you on how to return the damaged item for replacement (or a store credit if the exact item is currently unavailable).
You may return your item(s) within 7 days of receipt for a exchange or store credit of the purchase price excluding shipping and handling costs. NO REFUNDS. All returns require pre-authorization, so please contact us at email@example.com to receive instructions prior to sending back your merchandise. All costs incurred for the return are at your expense.
We have standard sizing charts to assist you with purchasing clothing and footwear products in the appropriate size. However, we do not warrant or guarantee these sizes are exact to your circumstances and individual fit may vary. In the event that the size you have ordered does not fit, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance in exchanging, offering a store credit or refunding your purchase.
Please note that Leuie, Creative Living is a studio boutique. The products we offer for sale are in our inventory at the studio boutique. In the event we sell out of an item, we may be able to order additional product through our suppliers.
Items must be:
* postmarked within 7 days of receipt
* unassembled (if applicable)
* in their original condition
* in their original packaging, complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts
We also ask that a copy of your receipt be included with the item(s) your are returning. After the return is received and processed, you will be issued an exchange or credit note for the purchase price of the item(s). You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item. Flat Shipping Fees will not be refunded.
Leuie, Creative Living packages product for delivery so as to respect the standards of transport in force and to ensure optimal protection of the product during transport. It is requested that the customer respect these same standards in the case of a product being returned. Any damage noted to a product arising from the product not being packaged property may lead to only a partial store credit, or in the event a saleable item being returned arrives in a non-saleable condition due to poor handling by the customer, an exchange or store credit may be denied at our discretion.
Your exchange/store credit will be processed once the product is received in our studio and the merchandise has been inspected. Please allow 48 hours for processing once the package has been received. We will contact you to confirm that we have received your return and advise you on its processing.
There are two exceptions to our 7-day exchange/store credit policy:
1. Undergarments are considered final sale due to health regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, panties, boxers, undershirts.
2. Opened bedding products are considered final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.
Please contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours if your order arrives damaged by the carrier (this time limit is required for insurance purposes). We will work with you to ensure your item(s) are replaced in a timely manner at no extra cost to you. In the event we can not replace your item, you will be offered a store credit or refund by the same method used for payment. We ask that you inspect the packaging and items immediately upon receipt and indicate on the packaging and/or paperwork if there is visible damage. You may also choose to refuse delivery of the item(s) if the damage appears severe.
In order to process your claim, please send us up to three low-resolution digital photos including one photo of the box that the item shipped in, to firstname.lastname@example.org Make sure to keep all of the original packaging material!
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order should you need to cancel or modify it. If the order has already been shipped from our studio, it is unlikely we will be able to cancel it or make changes. In that event, you may need to return the item within our 7-day return policy. See above for details. We do not offer refunds.
